Webinar: Key Digital Trends Attractions Shouldn’t Miss Out

News
Convious Blooloop Looking forward to 2023 webinar

Easy ways to enhance high-season results with proven techniques

Join Convious on 6 October 2022 at 11 am CEST to explore the latest ways attractions can utilise technology to deliver return on investment and ensure guest satisfaction with an exclusive online event.

In this blooloop innovation session, Werner Dullmaier and Floor Rameckers will share data gathered at this year’s IAAPA Expo Europe, exploring where European attractions stand within the eCommerce maturity model.

Convious’ eCommerce maturity model is a practical framework for operators and venues within the Experience Economy. The understanding helps venues to identify where they are at, and what the required steps are to progress onto the next stage.

Dullmaier and Rameckers will explain how attractions can bridge the gap between where they currently stand and where they have the potential to be, by using a roadmap to plan for the future.

They will also talk about the latest eCommerce technologies including dynamic pricing, online booking, forecasting, feedback management and personalisation, which are key to moving along to the next stage and delivering a higher return on investment than achieved beforehand.
