Hong Kong audiences will discover a new world of artainment this year

d’strict, a digital media content and technology design company, is set to debut its latest project next month.

The immersive media art exhibition ARTE MUSEUM will open in Hong Kong following a popular run in Korea, during which the exhibition was seen by over three million visitors.

Presented by Korean digital design company d’strict, ARTE MUSEUM is an exhibition that explores the theme of eternal nature and is showcased through ARTE M, a carefully curated collection of works selected from the original immersive media art exhibition. Hong Kong will be the second destination for the exhibition, utilising space of over 9,000 square feet.

Making waves online

The exhibition opening signifies the first achievement of a strategic partnership co-signed by d’strict and global premium lifestyle brand operator K11 last year. In 2020, d’strict gained viral recognition for its realistic media content after showcasing WAVE, a public media art piece on a large billboard in Samseong-dong, Seoul.

d’strict and K11, which specialises in ‘pioneering the blend of art, people, and nature, continue to develop their close partnership with the ‘ARTE MUSEUM’ business. The duo’s ARTE M exhibition hall will be showcased for fifteen months at K11 HACC.

The exhibition is then expected to transition to 11 SKIES, Hong Kong’s largest destination for retail and entertainment, where it will open from the end of 2023 through to early 2024.

d’strict CEO Sean Lee, says: “We are proud to open the first overseas exhibition hall of ARTE MUSEUM in Hong Kong, the centre of culture, art and tourism. We anticipate the exhibition to be positioned as a place of amusing experience and mindfulness for audiences in Hong Kong.

“I would like to express my gratitude to K11 for their support in the opening of ‘ARTE M’, looking forward to the synergy in the future.”
