About US patent 11,615,134
This latest patent focuses on a system, method, and apparatus that employs image capture, visual identifiers, and multiple databases to present targeted media content to audience members. The process encompasses image capture, visual identification detection, group identifier generation, attribute extraction, and audience member counting for each group.
Utilising these components, the system generates media material based on audience size and deduced attributes. This media content is then displayed on interactive devices or playback devices. One of the possible attributes affecting media content selection is the time restriction attribute, which can be used to guide audience groups to specific locations, or tailor presentations depending on their schedule.
To further enhance the creation, playback, or presentation of media materials, the system can integrate location parameters from the image capture device and occupancy measurements from an occupancy database.
