TAIT, a global leader in the live entertainment industry, has been named as production partner for the eagerly anticipated VAI Resort, which is set to open in Arizona, US, in 2025.
The resort will be located in Glendale in the Phoenix metropolitan area, and will feature a trailblazing amphitheatre at its centre. With support from the TAIT development team, this $50m, 11,000-seat music and entertainment venue will provide an exceptional performance environment for A-list talent.
The resort’s unique focal point sets it apart from other entertainment venues worldwide and will offer memorable entertainment experiences.

Ideal environment for performers & audiences
TAIT will provide a comprehensive range of solutions collaborating with VAI as the primary technical partner on the development.
As a result, the Arizona amphitheatre will meet the exacting requirements of the finest live performers in the world – whether guaranteeing optimal sight lines for audiences or designing massive moving LED panels on the rotunda stage.
It will be fully equipped for an unforgettable entertainment experience for both audiences and performers. This includes visible elements like rotating screens and steel structures, as well as invisible components like load in paths and electrical infrastructure.

VAI Resort will be Arizona’s biggest and boldest hotel, entertainment, and dining destination. An extensive range of experiences such as signature restaurants, art installations, a tethered balloon, a 130-foot-high Konos Sky Bar, and the first Mattel Adventure Park in the world will accompany 1,100 rooms, suites, and villas.
Last year, Thinkwell Group announced a number of high-profile promotions as the growth of its integrated services continues with TAIT. Thinkwell’s global team has expanded by 30% since it joined the TAIT in early 2022.
