Zamperla Family Coaster 92 at new locations in Europe

Zamperla, a leading ride manufacturer, is celebrating the launch of two new Family Coasters at attractions in Europe with Jeepo Dino at La Récré des Trois Curés in France, and Brazilian Buggies at Bellewaerde Park in Belgium.

The ideal first coaster ride, Zamperla’s Family Coaster has been in high demand since it was updated in 2022. This year, La Récré des Trois Curés and Bellewaerde Park have both added the company’s smallest model, the Family Coaster 92, to their offerings.

Charles De Bruyne, sales manager Europe, Zamperla, says: “We were thrilled to open two of these fantastic Family Coasters with our key partners in Europe. Parks throughout the continent have consistently catered to families and we are proud that they return time and again to our Family Coaster.”

The La Récré des Trois Curés Family Coaster 92 has been installed in a themed area which tells the park’s youngest visitors the story of dinosaurs. The park has added numerous detailed dinosaurs alongside the coaster.

Emmanuel Bonnefoy, owner of La Récré des Trois Curés, shares: “We are extremely pleased with the new Jeepodino, the Zamperla Family Coaster installed in our themed area ‘La Vallé des Dino’. Our guests love it! The ride is smooth, comfortable, and operates perfectly even in the rain, which is a great plus for us. We admire the quality of the construction, particularly the thick rails that give it a big coaster vibe.”

Bellewaerde Park‘s Family Coaster is named Brazilian Buggies and features a paint scheme based on the colours of the flag and the shape of a vintage VW Beetle. The coaster was one of many attractions added by the park in 2024 to appeal to a wide range of audiences.

Adam Sandy, Zamperla’s roller coaster sales and marketing director, comments: “We have installed many of our Family Coasters over the years, but our team is thrilled that the newest version of this evergreen coaster remains popular with parks of all sizes. With individual lap bars, an anti-slip booster wheel lift and magnetic brakes we updated a classic coaster with modern-day comfort.”

The Family Coaster 92 is suitable for passengers from 90 cm (36 in) tall and reaches a height of 4.6 metres (15 feet). With one 12-seat train, it offers a potential hourly capacity of 605 passengers.

Last month, Zamperla celebrated the official opening of Sky Striker, a Discovery Giga 40, at Six Flags Great America in Illinois, US.
