Solutions will support the immersive attraction operator’s commitment to the guest experience

accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider for attractions worldwide, has announced a new collaboration with immersive attractions company Little Lion Entertainment.

Under this agreement, the accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite and Ingresso ticketing distribution technology will be deployed at the operator’s locations. These include Games Arena in Manchester, which is currently hosting Chaos Karts as its first game, The Crystal Maze Live Experience London, and The Crystal Maze Live Experience Manchester.

Enhanced ticketing experience

As a leading provider of immersive attractions in the UK, Little Lion Entertainment serves millions of visitors and employs over 200 people. The firm has received international acclaim for providing exceptional visitor experiences and innovative attractions.

The accesso Passport eCommerce ticketing suite offers a user-friendly eCommerce experience across all devices. The fully hosted solution also includes up-sell and cross-sell features to increase income by assisting customers in planning their perfect visit.

accesso’s Ingresso distribution platform links operators, such as Little Lion Entertainment, to a worldwide network of third-party distributors. This has the potential to reach over 1 billion new customers and also avoids long voucher exchange lines at the entrance to an attraction by providing visitors with real-time ticket inventory.

“The excitement of this partnership is fantastic,” says Nicola Liscio-Heffernan, sales director at accesso. “Our implementation team and the key personnel at LLE have really enjoyed the go-live process and we can see a great partnership growing already. We have a clear plan going forward to help drive ticket sales, processes and innovation together.”

Neil Dolan, managing director of Little Lion Entertainment, says: “We are thrilled to add accesso’s solutions into our operations. By leveraging Passport and Ingresso, we can ensure an even smoother ticketing experience for our guests from start to finish. Our commitment to the guest experience aligns perfectly with Accesso’s advanced technology.”

Steve Brown, accesso CEO, adds: “The partnership with Little Lion Entertainment is truly exciting, and we’re thrilled to support their mission of delivering extraordinary live entertainment experiences. We look forward to driving ticket sales, streamlining processes, and fostering innovation together.”

accesso recently revealed that it is partnering with the Philadelphia Museum of Art (PMA), US, to enhance the guest experience at its much-anticipated exhibition, Mary Cassatt at Work.
