Exhibition Hub, a leading creator, producer and distributor of large-scale exhibitions worldwide, has welcomed industry veterans Ozgur Ar and Gautam Chandna to its executive team.
Ar has been appointed as chief production officer (CPO), and Chandna joins the company as senior vice president (SVP) of global touring and business development.
Exhibition Hub is now formally establishing licensing as a key growth channel. This builds on its reputation as an international producer of successful immersive experiences, such as Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience, The Art of The Brick, and Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience, among many others.
Ar and Chandna bring vital experience in the touring and licensing sector, significantly enhancing the company’s production capabilities and operational expertise. The expanded team will play a key role in collaborating with venues to present licensed exhibitions across the globe.
Driving international growth
Ar brings extensive knowledge of production, operations, and creative direction to the CPO role, drawing on nearly 20 years of experience in the experiential sector. This has included oversight of large-scale exhibitions, immersive installations, and live events that are perfectly executed and deliver outstanding visitor experiences.
Exhibition Hub continues to innovate and bring unforgettable experiences to audiences worldwide, and his leadership will be crucial in elevating the company’s production capabilities.
As SVP of global touring and business development, Chandna will lead the booking and touring strategy for the company’s varied offering of more than a dozen immersive experiences worldwide.
An experienced professional in business development and touring operations, Chandna’s extensive industry connections and strategic acumen will propel the company’s growth into new markets while bolstering its relationships with museums, science centres, and promoters.
Exhibition Hub has rapidly expanded over the last four years through self-operated venues in key international markets, including the US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, and East Asia. The vertically integrated approach has resulted in significant growth, with openings for more than 50 exhibitions during 2024 and over 80 planned this year.
This intensive period has effectively validated the company’s diverse portfolio of immersive experiences on a global scale.
“We are excited to welcome Ozgur and Gautam to the Exhibition Hub family,” says Hamza El Azhar, CEO of Exhibition Hub. “This strategic expansion into licensing allows us to bring our proven, successful exhibitions to new audiences worldwide through partnerships with museums and cultural institutions. These key hires provide the exact production excellence and business expertise we need to execute this vision flawlessly and at scale.”
