Intercard, a world leader in cashless technology for the attraction and amusement industry, has provided systems for a new BANDAI NAMCO Family Entertainment Centre in Mumbai.

Intercard is proud to be working with game giant BANDAI NAMCO by providing cashless solutions for its new location at Seawoods Grand Central Mall in Navi, Mumbai – the biggest FEC in India. This is the second NAMCO venue in the country, following the success of its first FEC at Oberoi Mall in Goregaon, Mumbai, which also features Intercard’s cashless systems.

“We are honoured to be a technology partner in BANDAI NAMCO’s expansion into the growing Indian amusement market,” says Alberto Borrero, Intercard’s Senior Vice-President of International Sales. “This leading international operator also uses Intercard cashless technology in its centres in the U.S.A. and Hong Kong.”

The installation was carried out by Intercard’s Indian distributor, CSML of Mumbai. Ongoing local service will be provided by the CSML team, under Managing Director Rohit Mathur.

BANDAI NAMCO has been innovating in the field of entertainment since 2005, and the trusted brand markets itself as “The Leading Innovator in Global Entertainment.”

Intercard is currently exhibiting at the IAAPA FEC Summit, which takes place in Stone Mountain, Georgia, USA, from 26 – 28 January 2020. The event is a chance for leading family entertainment centre (FEC) owners and operators to connect, and to explore new ideas. It will highlight several innovative products, including the new iReader Impulse and The Edge Mobile App collection.

The company also recently installed cashless technology at Antic’s Land, the largest indoor theme park in the United Arab Emirates.
