Intercard, the cashless payment provider, will be sending its enhanced international sales team to IAAPA Expo Europe 2019 in Paris.

Intercard is pleased to announce that it will be attending IAAPA Expo Europe 2019, which takes place from 16th – 19th September in France, at the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The company will be sending its Europe, Middle East and Africa sales team to the event.

IAAPA Expo Europe is the industry’s premier event in the region, and over 15,000 professionals from the industry are expected to attend, from over 100 countries.

In attendance at the trade show will be Alberto Borrero, Senior VP of International Sales and an EMEA expert. With him will be Alex Orban, Global Business Development Manager. Scott Sherrod, Intercard CEO, will also attend the show.

Expanding Intercard’s global customer base

Orban began working for Intercard in November 2018. He brings over 19 years of experience in the amusement and hospitality industry to his role at the company. He has also been responsible for new business development and customer service for several multi-national companies including NAMCO USA. Orban will highlight Intercard’s latest products and services for the amusement sector of the cruise industry, an area where he has specialist knowledge.

“Intercard continues to expand the global customer base begun by our founder Ray Sherrod and built up by Alberto Borrero,” says Sherrod. “Alex Orban will help us identify additional categories and customers for our market-leading cashless technology products and services.”

Delegates can meet the Intercard team and find out more about their latest products at booth #1936.

Intercard also recently worked with Bass Pro Shops to provide cashless solutions for Uncle Buck’s FishBowl and Grill Restaurants. The second in a series of planned installations has just been completed at the Uncle Buck’s Colorado Springs location, meaning visitors at the fun centres can now enjoy a simple cashless experience.
