Rainbow Productions, one of the world’s leading suppliers of custom-made mascot costumes and licensed character events, is looking forward to meeting delegates at this month’s National Farm Attractions Network (NFAN) annual conference and trade exhibition.
Attendees are invited to meet Farm Attractions Account Manager, Kelly McMulkin, at the The International Centre, Telford, Stand F14.
McMulkin described 2017 as an exciting and successful year for the company which is seeing strong growth in the sector:
“We delivered more character events than ever before at farm attractions across the UK,” she says.
“Such events encourage increased footfall, generate added entertainment and create memorable guest experiences, meaning our clients see great return on investment.”
Rainbow characters include Peppa Pig, Moomin and Paddington
Rainbow Productions supplies and manages the presence of over 100 licensed children’s characters for personal appearances including Peppa Pig (above), Moomin, Mr Bean and Paddington. The characters draw crowds to activities such as treasure hunts, mini shows, special events and narrations across the UK.
“In Telford, I’m looking forward to catching up with our existing clients as well as meeting some of the newer NFAN members to discuss their plans for the year ahead,” adds McMulkin.
Following last year’s sell-out, this year’s NFAN event at The International Centre, Telford promises to be bigger and better than ever. Industry leaders will be offering insights into the ways farm attractions can increase reach and revenue. These include adding value through theatre, hosting a festival on their farm and key elements of high performing teams.
Founded in 1996, NFAN currently has over 250 members and is the only independent co-operative for farm and rural attractions.
Since its inception, it has helped to determine the Industry Code of Practice and offers a platform from which to raise standards, share knowledge and provide advice and support.
