Harnessing the potential of mobile apps

During this session, Mark Locker, the founder and CEO of Attractions.io, will be looking at how guest expectations have changed, particularly following the global COVID-19 pandemic.

The webinar will discuss how app technology can be used to deliver the connected experiences that modern-day visitors increasingly expect from an attraction. It will also explore how to use mobile apps to unlock commercial opportunities, helping operators to increase revenue as they recover from COVID-19 closures and adapt to the new normal.

This virtual session takes place on Tuesday 13 October at 2 pm in the Innovation Auditorium. To register for blooloop V-Expo, please click here.

Recently, Attractions.io produced a new report which looks at the needs and expectations of guests as they return to attractions in the wake of the pandemic. This examines several of the challenges, trends and opportunities resulting from the crisis.
