Connect&GO 2022 Staff Appointments

New additions will work with the firm’s growing client base

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has expanded its team with twelve new hires.

Of the new recruits who have been brought in since December 2021, four are based in the US, bringing a wealth of experience in the attractions and technology sectors.

Connect&GO is a flexible operation management platform supplier, using data insights to help drive income and increase guest engagement. The all-in-one platform integrates a number of operational functions including e-Commerce, point-of-sale, catering and RFID access control, as well as a proprietary Virtual Wallet for cashless payments.

Flexible access control options also deliver benefits for guests by speeding up the entry process and allowing frictionless cashless payments throughout the day. By using one system, attractions can collect visitor data in one place, learning more about guest behaviour and preferences at each visitor touchpoint.

“Unique company culture”

The strategic hires cover a range of departments including Customer Success, Product, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales and Marketing. Connect&GO will utilise the new colleagues’ skills to support the firm’s growing client base of attractions including water parks, aquariums, zoos and other attractions throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.

Connect&GO has recently become a recipient of the Great Place to Work Canada Certification, a recognised signal of employee trust, work pride and enjoyment. The company has also attained a place within the Council of Canadian Innovators, a commerce group that focuses on scaling up high-growth technology firms internationally.

Connect&GO’s director of people and culture Ariane Desrosiers says: “We take great pride in our unique company culture, and we are thrilled to welcome our new team members who bring their diverse perspectives, incredible industry experience and most of all, their passion for continued growth to Connect&GO.”

CEO Dominic Gagnon adds: “As we continue to expand our customer base in the United States, Canada and Europe, it’s important for us to build and develop an exceptional team to support our clients and products.”

Connect&GO recently announced a three-year partnership with Parc Safari, a wildlife park in Quebec, Canada.
