The firm has announced a three-year partnership with the Canadian animal experience

Connect&GO, a leader in guest experience engineering and wearable RFID technology for events and attractions, has announced a three-year partnership with Parc Safari in Québec, Canada.

The deal will see the firm’s technology drive revenue and increase guest engagement as Parc Safari celebrates its 50th anniversary.

Located in Hemmingford, two miles north of the US border, Parc Safari is the biggest recreational park in the area for families, offering a drive-through Adventure Safari experience, waterpark, full-service restaurant and retail outlets.

The attraction has welcomed more than 14 million guests since it opened in 1972, who have enjoyed face-to-face encounters with spectacular animals and stayed overnight at on-site lodge accommodation.

Powerful data

Konnect is a flexible and user-friendly operations management platform that utilises insightful data to improve key performance indicators. The all-in-one platform merges e-Commerce, POS, food & beverage, RFID access control and cashless payment functions, bringing together guest data in one location.

With guests purchasing tickets online or at the front gate, quick admission when they arrive can reduce a key friction point during their visit. Using flexible access control options, Parc Safari now allows guests to quickly scan their device to enter the site and make contactless payments throughout the attraction. Valuable customer data is kept each time a scan occurs on the property, providing operators with marketing and operations information on guest preferences and behaviour.

Konnect eCommerce is now active at Parc Safari, which will use the integrated operations management platform for POS, access control and reporting, beginning this season in May.

Unlocking revenue opportunities

Parc Safari President Jean-Pierre Ranger says “Connect&GO’s all-in-one platform is easy to use and meets all of our needs as operators. Providing real-time data to our managers opens up exciting possibilities to anticipate and promptly answer guest expectations.”

Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Tara Morandi adds “We are delighted that Parc Safari has chosen to partner with us to simplify their operations and provide valuable real-time data to their team. We are dedicated to helping our clients unlock revenue opportunities by creating the most flexible and easy-to-use management platform for the attractions industry.”

Last summer, Connect&GO acquired two companies, Nomad Logic and 3DB Solution, which are specialists in photo and video services.
