Gateway Ticketing Systems Launches Galaxy Connect™ at London User Group Meeting


Gateway Ticketing Systems, Inc., the world leader in ticketing software, admission control and revenue generation for industries including attractions, theme parks, waterparks, tours, zoos, aquariums, museums and historic sites, has launched the new Galaxy Connect™ cloud-based platform at its European User Group Meeting held May 4-5 in London.

Revolutionizing the way attraction suppliers connect with third-party distributors Galaxy Connect is a cloud-based platform that enable selling of live tickets worldwide, eliminating the traditional voucher process widely used throughout the industry.

The benefits of the Galaxy Connect platform for suppliers, distributors and guests include:

  • Eliminating or reducing time spent on manual paper voucher handling processes (exchange, reconciliation and fraud)
  • Streamlined access for guests with live tickets in hand or on their mobile device, to gain admittance to capacity-managed events – previously a challenging element of the guest experience where if certain timed tickets were sold-out the guest’s expectations were not met
  • Efficient implementation for attractions and distributors – a rapid onboarding process alleviating the technical burden on attractions’ IT teams of having to develop and maintain multiple interfaces
