Gateway Ticketing Systems is inviting waterpark professionals to schedule a meeting at this week’s WWA Show in Las Vegas.
The annual event from the World Waterpark Association (WWA) kicks off with an education programme on Tuesday, October 23. It then continues until Friday, October 26. Gateway, the ticketing software, admission control and revenue-generating solutions specialist, will be exhibiting on booth #709 on Wednesday 24/Thursday 25.
Achieve your revenue goals
“Are you looking to increase pass sales and drive per caps by up to 30%?” asks Gateway’s manager of Business Solutions, Jamie Flaherty. “Come see how our customers are using the Galaxy product suite to achieve their revenue goals.”
Visitors to the company’s booth will learn about Gateway’s flexible suite of solutions. These extend beyond just POS (point-of-sale) ticketing to membership management, group sales, food and beverage, retail and marketing. All are designed to increase sales and in-park revenue while also increasing guest satisfaction. Some of these solutions include:
- Reporting Plus. Captures all transactional data from an attraction’s Galaxy PO, membership and admission control software. From there, customers can access reports so they can get actionable data into the hands of every department.
- CRM Plus. This powerful customer relationship management tool integrates seamlessly with Gateway’s Galaxy software. CRM Plus enables attractions to better understand their customers’ purchasing behaviours and ultimately provide a better experience.
- Galaxy Connect. This cloud-based platform enables attractions and online travel agencies to easily and securely sell live tickets, even for capacity-managed events, with just a single integration. Galaxy Connect also eliminates the need for vouchers, saving hours of tedious back-office work.
