The Hong Kong theme park, Ocean Park, has put out an Invitation for Expression of Interest for the “Design and Implement of a Parkwide Ticketing and Admission System.”
Ocean Park Hong Kong is looking to revamp its park-wide ticketing and admission system ahead of future expansion.
The park is launching two new hotels, new attractions and a Water World in the next few years.
So it is seeking a company which can “provide a total solution from concept to deployment and from infrastructure to application.”
The system will help the park manage its ticket sales and control admissions to the hugely popular Hong Kong theme park.
The ticketing system will also need to be capable of handling online ticketing sales for public and travel agents.
Ocean Park says the vendor is expected to be an industry leader. They will need to provide three major services: consultancy; design and build; and maintenance and support. The vendor is expected to have over ten years’ experience in providing ticketing and admission solutions to the theme park industry. Proposals must be received before 3.30pm on 8th August 2017 (Hong Kong time).
Applications must be sent within a sealed envelope, with the following details marked on the front:
