DigiTickets, a leading provider of ticketing and EPOS solutions for attractions, tours and events, has announced a successful project with the Partyman Group, bringing its intuitive ticketing software to all of the company’s venues across the UK.
Established in 2005, The Partyman Group now operates seven indoor soft play centres, three laser combat arenas, two farm parks and a water park, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Visitors can enjoy days out, birthday parties, or one of the popular seasonal events operated by the group.
Improving the ticketing, membership & party booking experiences
Partyman Group approached the DigiTickets team following numerous industry recommendations, as the team wanted to improve their digital guest experience, keep their technology aligned with their aspirations, and ensure that they were well placed to take advantage of future opportunities.
The complex project involved a detailed process of consultative technical and operational scoping to ensure that the full requirements were covered. The detailed scoping stage was followed by the onboarding process to deploy ticketing, epos, memberships, and parties across each venue across the South East of England, including the installation of more than 40 tills, then training the Partyman team.
With the solution covering online, epos and marketplace sales, Partyman Group are now able to benefit from a single system covering all of the ticketing, membership and birthday party booking requirements, all backed by 8 am to 8 pm seven-day support from a single supplier.
A 20% uplift in online revenue
Since the completion of the project, Marsh Farm has already seen a 20% uplift in online revenues, with a significantly improved conversion rate of website visitors into paying customers. In addition, the array of marketing and engagement tools available through DigiTickets are also already paying dividends and improving the digital customer experience.
