DigiTickets, a leading provider of ticketing and EPOS solutions for attractions, tours and events, has announced that it has welcomed 100 new clients this year, taking its total client numbers to 1000. The company now supplies its ticketing, EPOS and scheduling software to 1000 locations across the UK and Europe.
To support this growth, the company has brought on board 11 new team members in 2021 and now has a team of 45 people working in its UK offices.
Meeting customers’ needs
DigiTickets’ customers include the National Trust, which trusts the company to support ticketing and more for the 20 million+ visitors it sees each year across all its locations. It also works with Wentworth Woodhouse, Scone Palace, Chiswick House & Gardens, Freedom Leisure Group, Landmark Forest Park, Hampton Court Palace Ice Rink and Lowther Castle.
During this period of expansion, the company has also been working to enhance its offer, meeting the changing needs of the industry in the wake of the pandemic and helping its customers to boost revenue, streamline operations and manage visitor numbers. As well as ticketing, it offers EPOS, payment processing, team scheduling and channel management solutions, meaning that clients can benefit from a single, integrated system,
