Magic Memories, a global leader in experience capture for the attractions industry, has announced a partnership with the SlotZilla zipline adventure in Las Vegas, USA.

Magic Memories is pleased to announce that it has agreed on a new partnership with SlotZilla, a thrilling zipline experience in downtown Las Vegas, above Fremont Street Experience.

SlotZilla is the biggest slot-machine inspired zipline adventure in the world, themed with iconic and memorable imagery from the city such as giant dice, gold coins and cocktail glasses. Thanks to Magic Memories, the attraction will now be able to offer guests quality images and video content, making their experience one to remember and relive.

Instantly shareable

Guests can pose with friends at the ride’s entrance, with the Magic Memories’ Skycam experience, or enjoy videos from its automated capture technology throughout the experience. The images and videos are simple to access through touch screen kiosks, as well as through the Magic Memories’ mobile platform, MyMemories. This means they can instantly share the content on social media sites with ease.

Visitors to the attraction can also buy extra ticket packages, which includes a range of digital photos or automated video content.

“SlotZilla is a completely unique and thrilling attraction that allows guests to see downtown Las Vegas like never before. With so many great photo opportunities throughout the attraction, there was a clear opportunity to further enhance the customer experience to ensure guests get access to images and videos they wouldn’t be able to capture themselves,” says Magic Memories’ Mike Weber, VP Sales, North America.

“By thoroughly understanding Slotzilla’s goals for the guest experience, plus for the brand, we are able to create content that will really surprise and delight guests. Getting this mix right, along with new ticketing initiatives will enable much higher guest participation, increased sharing of the Slotzilla brand through social channels and the ability to create new revenue streams that we were previously unable to unlock.”

“By partnering with Magic Memories, we will be able to provide keepsakes as unique as our attraction,” says Patrick Hughes, President and CEO of Fremont Street Experience. We’re especially excited by MyMemories, the Magic Memories mobile platform, as it will allow our guests the chance to instantly share their experience with friends and family.”

The company launched MyMemories earlier this year. The new mobile platform is designed to enhance the digital guest experience, as well as increasing engagement and revenue.
