Triotech, an award-winning creator of media-based attractions, has announced the appointment of Yannick Gemme as its new vice president for sales and marketing.
The announcement was made by the tech company’s president, CEO and founder Ernest Yale, who says, “Yannick will lead our sales and marketing teams and drive Triotech’s global leadership position. He has a proven track record of generating growth and has in-depth knowledge of the attractions industry.”
Experienced addition
The new recruit has a track record of leading and developing sales organisations internationally. Before joining Triotech this month, Gemme served a number of sales and management roles at haptic motion technology company D-BOX Technologies during his 16-year tenure, including the last six as its vice president of sales.
He led sales development of the firm’s out of home division by implementing a “strategic selling philosophy”. Triotech says this was coupled with a customer-centric approach to enable long-lasting relationships and partnerships with clients.
Chief operating officer Sylvain Larose adds “I have known Yannick for several years and his leadership and can-do approach will help us succeed. He will fit right in at Triotech.”
Gemme says “The energy and quality of the team, as well as the world-class technology that is synonymous with Triotech, is what drove me to join the organisation. I am excited to begin a new journey in this industry that I love.”
Gemme will replace the previous vice president of sales and marketing appointed in 2019, Eric Beauregard, effective 7 February 2022.
Upcoming event
Triotech will soon be presenting the latest of blooloop’s innovation sessions, on 15 February 2022. The session is free for industry members to attend, with registration now open for attendees.
Last month, Triotech’s European Division CL Corp. won a “Best Dark Ride or Media-Based Experience 2021” award for its work on the Underlandet attraction at Liseberg, Sweden.
