Sylvain Larose has been appointed chief operating officer of interactive entertainment specialist Triotech.
Previously the Canadian company’s chief financial officer, he has been a key member of the team at Triotech for the past 15 years. Larose will now oversee all of its operations, in Montreal and globally.
“Sylvain has the skills, and especially an in-depth knowledge of the market,” says Triotech’s founding president, Ernest Yale. “Renowned for his dynamic approach and his thoroughness, he will help the company reach its business goals and make sure that our products continue to stand out in amusement parks and tourist attractions around the world.”
Larose’s other roles during his time at Triotech include a spell as general manager. In addition to experience of the industry, he has a strong understanding of strategic, financial and operational issues.
“I had the good fortune of seeing Triotech grow on the world stage and am convinced that we can go even further in the next few years,” says Larose. “I am very proud to put the expertise I have gained since 2004 to work on behalf of the company.”
Triotech’s award-winning media-based attractions can now be found in in over 60 countries, with more than 350 installations to date.
