Smeetz seeks new sales executives for UK & DACH teams

Firm is looking for candidates with experience in ticketing & attractions in these regions

Smeetz, a provider of smart all-in-one ticketing software for leisure and cultural attractions, has announced that it is recruiting for two key roles as it continues to expand. The firm is looking for an experienced sales executive for its UK team and also for its DACH team (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), and is seeking candidates with experience in the ticketing or attractions industries in these regions.

Smeetz is on a mission to transform the visitor attractions industry with an AI-powered Commerce Intelligence Hub. This is able to capture data throughout the guest journey to simplify operations, boost revenue and enhance the visitor experience. Its offer includes unified commerce solutions, such as ticketing software and POS marketplaces; revenue management solutions, for instance dynamic pricing; marketplace intelligence solutions like CRM and email automation; and performance insights such as analytics and forecasts.

The firm has a team of around 50 staff across Europe, half of which work in development in order for it to continue providing new innovations.

Successful candidates will help to drive growth

Smeetz is looking for an experienced sales executive to join our UK market team. The successful candidate will report directly to the company’s UK country manager, located in Wales. Location within the UK is not a deciding factor. Meanwhile, the experienced sales executive role for the DACH region will focus on Germany, and will report directly to the sales director DACH, located in Switzerland, Lausanne. Again, location within Germany is not a deciding factor in the application process.

The successful candidates will drive the entire sales process, from business development, introduction demos and POCs through to closings. They will be tasked with managing and converting incoming inbound and outbound lead requests with speed, proficiency and can-do attitude.

They will also be expected to build a strong pipeline of customers in their respective regions, helping the firm to achieve growth and hit sales targets through the identification of business opportunities.

Earlier this year, Smeetz launched a new marketing automation feature. This brings a new addition to its marketing block, which already offers a CRM and tailored customer analytics, helping to drive visitor relationships and engagement.
