ProSlide Technology Inc., an industry leader in water ride manufacturing and design, has launched the Turtle Coaster at The Land of Legends Water Park, Turkey.
This project is in partnership with Creative Studio Berlin. Together, the two firms have created a unique experience which combines advanced technology, creative design, and imaginative theming.
World-record-breaking water coaster
Turtle Coaster is the world’s longest four-person RocketBLAST water coaster. It has a ride length of 1421 feet (434 meters) and features cutting-edge technologies from ProSlide. Eight uphill BLAST sections are driven by patented water propulsion “BLAST” technology, a unique system which propels four-person boats uphill. It also uses a FlatBLAST, which is located at the start of the ride and replaces a start tower, and four award-winning FlyingSAUCERs at multiple angles.
The coaster’s innovative low-to-grade design offers an attractive appearance and seamless ride experience. The four-person boats are boarded using a moving station conveyor. The FlatBLAST then launches the boats into an uphill booster where they climb in order to retain speed throughout the ride’s numerous booster elements. The Turtle Coaster offers thrill seekers a total drop of 140 feet (42.7 meters).
This unique water coaster is a custom design for The Land of Legends themed environment. It blends into the existing facilities and is complementary to the park’s theming, using bespoke components to enhance the immersive experience for the ride and the surrounding areas.

ProSlide Technology Inc. recently announced the opening of Vikingløp RallyRACER at Rulantica, Europa-Park’s popular water park. The attraction features eight long, curving tracks which simulate the speed and power of elite ski racing. Riders take part in head-to-head races on a track which includes thrilling drops and turns while navigating shared RallyPOINTS and fully enclosed flume sections.
