Firm wins Central Florida Top Workplaces 2023 award following feedback from its employees

Falcon’s Beyond Global, a fully integrated development enterprise for IP-driven parks, resorts, media and merchandise, has been named the winner of the Central Florida Top Workplaces 2023 Award by Orlando Top Workplaces.

The awards are entirely based on employee feedback. This was collected through a third-party survey which was conducted by Energage LLC, a partner in employee engagement technology. The confidential questionnaire evaluates 15 cultural drivers which are essential to every organisation’s success. These drivers include alignment, execution, and connection, among others.

Eric Rubino, Energage CEO, comments: “Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees. That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

Cecil D. Magpuri, CEO of Falcon’s Beyond, says: “I’m extremely proud that Falcon’s Beyond has been recognized by the Orlando Sentinel as a 2023 Top Workplace for the second consecutive year. This honor is a true testament to the unwavering dedication and outstanding contributions of our incredible team. I am grateful to every member of the Falcon’s family for helping make this year of rapid growth one of our most accomplished and look forward to many more to come.”

Milestone year

The award follows a significant year for the business, which included the opening of Katmandu Park | Punta Cana alongside Falcon’s Resort by Meliá in Punta Cana, the company’s flagship resort.

The company has also passed a major milestone towards becoming a public company on Nasdaq.

Falcon’s Beyond Global recently announced the inaugural project in its new collaboration with Raging Power Limited, an arm of K11 Group. The two leading firms will work together to create and introduce new entertainment franchises and LBE attractions across China.
