Connect&GO, a leading global provider of integrated technology and RFID solutions for the attractions industry, is collaborating with Wicked Waves Water Park & Cape Cod Inflatable Park in Massachusetts.
This new client partnership will deploy the firm’s cutting-edge, connected technology to modernise and streamline the attraction’s operations.
Flexible platform
Wicked Waves Water Park is a popular family-friendly summertime destination in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. It offers exciting experiences for guests of all ages, including the biggest inflatable water park in the US, a wave pool, a lazy river, and an arcade, plus accommodation, cabanas, and food.
The attraction will use Connect&GO’s integrated attractions management platform, Konnect, to enhance visitor flow and satisfaction throughout its facilities. It will also launch a new eCommerce website. Konnect combines ecommerce, point-of-sale, access control, cashless payments, and business information into a centralised system using Virtual Wallet technology and real-time data.
Pat Malone, Wicked Waves, says: “We chose Connect&GO’s platform because it is flexible and provides everything we need into one system. We are looking forward to having so much more insight into our business with our data all together, and that will really help in streamlining our operations.”
The water park will use Konnect’s new Business Intelligence reporting tool and Interactive Maps feature.
Connect&GO’s innovative BI reporting tool, powered by Sigma, enables attractions to make data-driven decisions using an integrated analytics solution. Konnect BI reporting welcomes a new era of insights and strategic advantages for operators. Attractively designed, user-friendly dashboards and customisable reporting save time and enable operators to capitalise on potential opportunities to increase revenue and enhance visitor engagement.
In addition, Wicked Waves will use the Interactive Maps feature to facilitate advance sales of cabanas. This will enable guests to plan their visit and choose exactly where they want to stay while also providing useful insights into purchasing trends.
Myriam Blanchette, vice president of client success at Connect&GO, comments: “We’re thrilled to welcome Wicked Waves Water Park to our growing family of clients. Our goal is to empower our partners to create seamless, connected experiences for guests and staff alike. We look forward to supporting Wicked Waves in their journey to modernize their operations and engage more with their guests.
