Green 4 Solutions, the original sport and leisure CRM specialists, report a successful debut event.
Green 4 Solution’s first Leisure & Attractions ThinkTank was held at the company’s Head Office in Lutterworth, UK, in November. The event is a new forum for leisure and visitor attractions businesses to discuss CRM, Marketing and Customer Experience.
The speakers included:
- Gordon Seabright, The Eden Project, who spoke about audience segmentation and getting the right message to the right person within the attraction’s diverse client list.
- James Cox, Blackpool Pleasure Beach, who set out how the park had used CRM to balance the needs of Families an Thrill Seekers, driving increased revenues and making 60% of sales through online channels.
- Ian Brown, the Snow Centre, shared how he uses insights from his CRM data to shape business strategy, increasing the length and yield of their peak season and using a membership offering as a catalyst to create a summer ‘peak’ with a new audience of summer skiers.
Feedback from the day was positive:
We all thought the focus on business usage rather than tech worked well and provided real insight for us at our point in our Dynamics CRM journey.
— Reuben Noot, Historic Royal Palaces
Terrific speakers, obviously well briefed, and a nicely facilitated discussion after each presentation.
— Dan Anderson, Fourth Street Place Consultants
Commenting on the success of the event, Tom Bettles, Green 4 Solutions, said, “Thanks to everyone that attended and a special thanks to our three speakers who each shared some fascinating business stories and sparked really interesting conversations.”
