The popular Lego brand NINJAGO is brought to life on close to 7,000 square meters in the Günzburg park’s new area. Over a million individual LEGO bricks were used to create the new area. Guests can experience a ninja monastery and of course interact with NINJAGO heroes Zane, Kai, Cole, Jay, Lloyd, Nya and Master ninjago the ride legoland deutschland 4 (1)

The heart of the new zone is the new attraction LEGO NINJAGO The Ride. This creates interactive fun in 4D for the whole family.  Unique and innovative hand gesture technology allows the whole family to engage with the characters and story.

The ride utilises Maestro™ hand gesture technology developed by the Canadian media based attractions company Triotech.

Ninja Training

Before entering the temple, NINJAGO fans can practice their ninja skills on different stages. They can test their speed on Jay’s reaction game. Their strength and flexibility are tested on Cole’s climbing wall and a finely tuned sense of balance is required for Kai’s Spinners. This would not be Lego without an opportunity for guests to flex their building skills. Guests can get creative in a LEGO DUPLO area and the more mature master builders can work on expanding the LEGO monastery landscape.

4D-ride LEGO NINJAGO The Ride

A completely new experience awaits guests with LEGO NINJAGO The Ride. Guests pass by different 3D scenes. These were each created by Master Wu as single training rooms. On the ride’s vehicles, the guests shoot flashes, fire balls, ice fountains and air blasts against their virtual trainings enemies. using nothing but their hands. They gain points by doing so. Special effects help to create a perfect 4D-illusion. The training is then rudely interrupted by The Great Devourer attacking the temple. The mood becomes more serious as guests realise there is only one way to beat him. Guests must work together and join their powers for the grand finale.

Ninjas can then recharge their batteries at the Ninja Kitchen with some tasty Asian food.
