Her work spans children's museums, science centers, history museums, cultural institutions, and traveling exhibitions. Equal parts creative thinker, strategic planner, and professional puzzle-solver, she thrives on the wonderfully messy process of making museums happen.
Cynthia believes the best projects come from collaboration, curiosity, creative risk-taking, and a willingness to challenge the status quo of what’s possible within the bounds of a gallery. Passionate about cultivating the next generation of museum professionals, she organises the Museum EXP Museum Professional Fellowship, creating opportunities for emerging professionals to connect, learn, and engage with the industry through multiple museum associations. Cynthia also serves as a Thea Awards judge for the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), celebrating innovation and excellence in themed entertainment while championing an industry where creativity, community, and a little nerdiness go hand in hand.
