DigiTickets, a leading provider of ticketing & POS software solutions for the leisure industry, has acquired UK-based Vennersys.

The acquisition strengthens DigiTickets’ commitment to providing innovative, integrated software solutions that assist attractions and leisure operators throughout the UK and Ireland in delivering outstanding visitor experiences.

DigiTickets will incorporate the Vennersys software into its current product lineup, ensuring ongoing support for all Vennersys clients with the tools and technologies they rely on. Vennersys' relationship managers, software developers, and support staff have all become part of DigiTickets following the acquisition.

Rich Booker, founder of DigiTickets and CCO of parent group TSG, says: “We’re really excited to be working with the Vennersys team, and we’re looking forward to welcoming their clients into DigiTickets.

"Bringing the teams together will allow us to combine our knowledge, resources and capabilities to continue innovating for the clients we serve, and we’re genuinely excited about the next chapter.”

Accelerating collective innovation

Vennersys was established in 2002 and supports numerous venues across the UK, including Belvoir Castle, Snowdon Mountain Railway, and SS Great Britain.

DigiTickets was founded in 2009 and serves venues across Europe, such as theme parks, zoos and aquariums, farm parks, museums, historic houses, and seasonal events, offering solutions for ticketing, POS, team scheduling, payments, retail, F&B, and channel management.

Jamie Faulkner, operations director of DigiTickets, adds:

“While continuing to support the Vennersys software, we’re also able to provide access to an expanded range of best-in-class products that are complementary to the Vennersys solutions.

"In addition to accelerating our collective technical innovation, our combined team of 80 passionate professionals also enhances the service levels available to Vennersys clients.

"This supports our mission to deliver integrated solutions that help to drive revenue, streamline operations, and enhance the visitor experience.”

The deal was finalised on 16 January 2026, marking Digitickets' third acquisition and increasing the number of companies within the Tourism Software Group (TSG) to 13.
