Disney has unveiled an Incredibles 2 -themed house at Cotino, the first 'Storyliving by Disney' residential community in California’s Rancho Mirage.
Created by Walt Disney Imagineers, the Parr House is inspired by Disney Pixar's Incredibles 2.
It is available to members of the Cotino community's Artisan Club for special events or unique overnight stays.
Now open, the Artisan Club is a gathering place for members and their guests, offering spaces for dining, creative pursuits, working out, and unique Disney programmes and experiences.

“Parr House is a caricature of mid-century modern architecture,” said Caleb Wild, Walt Disney Imagineering senior architect.
“Our goal was to exaggerate that aesthetic in a way that told an overtly Disney story while still fitting stylistically within the community.”
Easter eggs in the Parr House include Fiber O’s and Sugar Bombs cereal boxes, a Parr family bulletin board, the Doozles are Dozing children's book, and Dash's New Math for Life textbook
An Eda Mode-themed room includes magazine covers featuring some of her greatest designs.

“When we were creating the list of props, we were really inspired by what character would inspire each room,” said Lorenzo Salazar, Walt Disney Imagineering senior interior designer.
“For Edna, we ended up with these really great magazine covers we thought she would have framed. Of course ones that featured her, wrote an article about her and painted her in a fantastic light.”
Disney 's initial plans for the Cotino community include a series of parks and more than 300 homes.
Cotino will also include a mixed-use district with shopping, dining and entertainment, and a beachfront hotel.

“I think all of our Disney touches throughout the Artisan Club, and especially the Parr House, really elevate the inspiration that I hope people will feel when they’re at Cotino,” Salazar said.
“I think we’ve created a place that celebrates not only the Disney legacy, but the legacy of the desert and of the greater Palm Springs area."
