Silver Dollar City's first hotel is on track to open in 2027, with a general manager now in place and a hospitality team currently being assembled.
Progress is taking shape across Silver Dollar City Resort as the pools are poured and craftsmen add handcrafted Ozarks touches to the property.
When it opens in 2027, the hotel will feature 262 guest rooms, a two-storey lobby overlooking Table Rock Lake, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a full-service restaurant open to resort guests and the public, and more than 20,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.

Highlights in the property include a hands-on family room filled with artefacts and maps for studying, as well as the delivery of Silver Dollar City's iconic cinnamon bread straight to guests’ rooms.
Veteran hospitality leader Erling Acosta has been named general manager of Silver Dollar City Resort, where he will oversee operations and assemble a team of more than 250 employees.
"We're creating something truly special," said Acosta. "Every decision we make is centered on delivering exceptional service and unforgettable family memories from the moment guests arrive."
Silver Dollar City's $500m investment plan
Acosta brings more than 20 years of resort leadership experience, most recently serving as general manager of the new Okana Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Oklahoma City.
The new hotel is the first project in Silver Dollar City's $500 million, 10-year development plan.
Group bookings are now open, with reservations for individuals expected to open later this year.
