Integrated business solution helps the attraction to proper post-COVID

Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has announced a new partnership with Dreamworld Gamesite, located within Dreamworld on Australia’s Gold Coast.

The company has provided its integrated cashless business solution to the popular entertainment venue. Dreamworld Gamesite is now using Embed’s self-service kiosk alongside its smartTOUCH readers and integrated POS and PRIZES redemption management system.

Streamlining the guest experience

Thanks to Embed’s all-in-one solution, the attraction is able to streamline operations, resulting in an improved guest experience.

“The highly skilled technical team from Embed effectively handled the installation and training remotely with ease, enabling us to kick start our operations on time and without delay for our re-opening,” says Brett Aspel, Change & Implementation Manager at Dreamworld Gamesite.

Daniel Hudson, Global Head of Sales at Embed adds: “We are proud to partner with Dreamworld Gamesite to show what we’re made of and demonstrate the industry’s resilience. Embed’s integrated solutions and services have been created to help our operators take their business to the next level.

“We remain committed to supporting our industry’s recovery alongside our customers, partners, and friends.”

Earlier this year, Embed also announced a new agreement with Veltmeijer Group in the Netherlands, which operates Gamestate, Gametown and Gamecity arcade and Family Entertainment Centres. It now has more than 40 sites and 18 stores using Embed’s cashless business solution.

Last month, Roger Tubée, the joint CEO of the Veltmeijer Group, spoke to blooloop about the company’s growth throughout the lockdown and how Embed’s solutions have helped the business.

The company launched several new initiatives in the wake of COVID-19, designed to help operators not only to recover but to thrive. This includes giving away its Mobile Wallet for free, as well as producing a creative package of marketing materials to accompany it, helping operators to promote and encourage uptake of the technology.
