Leading provider of operating solutions, Embed, continues to build its partnership with Lucky Strike and grow its presence in Hawaii.
Indeed, the company’s latest installation at the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu marks its 8th for Lucky Strike.
Jim Bennington, National Games & Redemption Manager for Lucky Strike and For The Win, praised the Embed development team for their innovative approach. Furthermore, he said the company continued to ‘exceed our expectations’.
The new Lucky Strike Social at the Ala Moana Center opened on August 4th. The 25,000 square-foot entertainment complex is situated on two levels and aims to offer fun for the whole family.
The venue features Lucky Strike’s signature boutique bowling. What’s more, there is a state-of-the-art arcade with the latest games and a 550 square-foot redemption centre. Additionally, visitors can enjoy island-inspired dining, a cocktail bar and a live music stage.
The venue uses Embed’s TOOLKIT software suite. The solution manages 130 games and attractions powered by award-winning smartTouch Swipe debit card readers. In addition, the system interfaces with the MICROS Point of Sale system with secure payment processing by Heartland EMV.
Lucky Strike ‘fully commited’ to V7 plus Toolkit
“Once again, the team at Embed has delivered a turnkey solution custom tailored to our operational needs,” added Bennington. “Lucky Strike/FTW has fully committed to the Embed V7 plus Toolkit platform for our growing brand and we are excited for the future as a strategic partner.”
“Lucky Strike continues to demonstrate their innovation with their latest location in Hawaii, which is beautiful!” commented Embed’s Strategic Account Manager, John Keys.
“We are excited they are using our latest software to provide a new level of service for the out-of-home entertainment industry.”
