Embed, a leading worldwide supplier of point-of-sale and revenue management systems, has announced that it will be providing cashless solutions for the 24th season re-opening of Global Village.

Embed is proud to be a part of Global Village in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, when it re-opens for its 24th season on 29 October 2019. Global Village, the world’s leading multi-cultural park, is popular with visitors of all ages and offers culture, shopping and entertainment.

Guests at the giant festival park can enjoy internationally-themed markets with high-quality food and beverage options, at over 150 street food outlets. Shoppers will enjoy the 26 shopping pavilions, featuring handicrafts and souvenirs from all over the globe. In addition to this, there is fun to be had at the Carnaval funfair land, with games and attractions for the whole family.

Embed’s smartTOUCH readers

This year, Embed is building on its involvement, by providing an extra 40 smartTOUCH readers on top of the 300 that it has provided previously. This will streamline the process for guests and improve their experience, while also helping Global Village to increase its card sales revenue and profits.

“It is such a significant milestone for us to see one of our most valued customers, Global Village, getting even bigger and better each season,” says Rosa Tahmaseb, Embed Managing Director – EMEA. “There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing our customers grow and be more successful with our Embed products at their site.

“We are excited for the re-opening of Global Village Season 24, and we look forward to working collaboratively and supporting our partners at Global Village to ensure the fun never stops and this season continues the trend of being a great success for them!”

Embed also recently announced that it had teamed up with Player One Amusement Group to bring cashless solutions to Groovy Goat, Orlando’s hot new entertainment venue.
