SSA's new site is designed to better reflect the company's work and values

SSA Group, a best-in-class provider of integrated guest services, has unveiled a new website designed to better reflect the company today, its approach to hospitality, and the work its teams do with cultural attractions nationwide.

For over 55 years, SSA Group has partnered with zoos, aquariums, museums, historic sites, iconic attractions, and other destinations to enhance operations, improve the guest experience, and increase revenue in support of each organisation’s mission.

Today, SSA works with more than 100 partners and welcomes 60 million guests annually.

SSA's philosophy

As SSA Group has grown, its story has evolved. The new website brings that story to life through a digital experience that more accurately represents the company today and gives current and prospective partners a clearer understanding of SSA’s capabilities, culture, and approach to hospitality.

The refreshed website introduces a modern look, revised messaging, easier navigation, and greater emphasis on the principles behind SSA’s work.

Through its “Hospitality, Unleashed.” positioning, visitors can explore three key parts of the company’s philosophy: Unapologetically Family, 452 Hospitality, and One Revenue Strategy.

Visitors can also learn about SSA’s capabilities in admissions and membership, retail, food and beverage, events and catering, hospitality consulting, marketing, sponsorship, and technology, as well as the range of industries it serves.

Additionally, more content focused on specific services and industries will be released throughout October, November, and December, offering more opportunities to explore SSA’s expertise and the work happening across its teams and partner locations.

Real stories

Stories shared by SSA’s partners play a key role in the experience. Case studies, industry perspectives, and thought leadership bring practical examples to the site, showcasing the challenges teams address together, the ideas they put into action, and the outcomes their efforts can achieve.

The redesigned site also offers a closer view of the people and culture behind SSA. An expanded careers section gives visitors a sense of what it’s like to join the team and helps prospective employees explore opportunities across the company.

Lisa Potter, VP of brand and marketing, and Jessica Carey, senior director of partner marketing, spearheaded the project alongside web development and SEO specialists.

Their aim went beyond refreshing the site’s design. They wanted to create a website that reflects SSA as it is today while making space to share new ideas, expertise, and stories in the months and years to come.

The new website provides a clearer view of SSA: its people, work, partners, and vision for hospitality across the cultural attractions industry.

This summer, the Louisiana Music & Heritage Experience (LMHE) selected SSA Group as its exclusive retail partner. The 10-year agreement marks a key step forward in developing LMHE’s $165 million permanent museum destination in New Orleans.
