Sub Sea Systems, Inc. (SSS), a company specialising in immersive, memorable and hands-on aquatic encounters that educate through entertainment, is attending IAAPA Expo 2025, held in Orlando from 17 - 21 November.
New products on display at the booth include a full-size Aquaticar with a custom finish and gamified additions such as Bubble Pulse Guns (BPG). Visitors to the booth will be able to sit in the car and try the patented toy gun that shoots high-speed O-ring bubbles, shooting at an underwater target and competing for a high score.
The BPG will be used to gamify the Aquaticar ride system and for Kaimana, the firm's new underwater gaming arena, bringing competitive, skill-based play to water parks.
Snorkel Drift
Snorkel Drift is the world’s first towed snorkel ride system.
It invites visitors to imagine flying underwater, not in a submarine, not with scuba gear, but on a ride. Sub Sea Systems has reimagined snorkelling, transforming the classic underwater activity into an exhilarating, themed ride experience.
Inspired by the cable wake surf parks pioneered by RIXEN Cableways, participants wear snorkel gear and hold onto a subaquatic, winged board as they’re towed along a guided course, allowing them to "fly" through immersive, themed underwater environments.
Sub Sea Systems developed the innovative ride system in partnership with RIXEN Cableway and is collaborating with MI Concept + Design to conceptualise immersive theming and integration into master-planned water park designs.
The team will hold a Press Conference to announce Snorkel Drift on Wednesday 19 November at 1:25 pm at the company booth #2854.

Attendees can also discover SeaTREK helmet diving, with an interactive display where visitors can try on the helmet and hold a Bubble Pulse Gun for photo ops, and the SeaTREK Adapted wheelchair, last year’s winner of an IAAPA Brass Ring Award, and the Impact Award.
Visitors can meet Jim Mayfield, president & CEO; Hannah de Bie, VP of marketing; Kyle Mayfield, VP of production; Keenan Mayfield, VP of operations; Vic Rempel, VP of business development; Carl Hanson, director of water operations; Myles Thompson, director of 3D Design; Ad van Tuijl, regional director EMEA & Turkey; Javier Fortunato, regional director Caribbean & Latin America.
Last month, Sub Sea Systems shared details of the technology driving the world’s first underwater theme park ride, Aquaticar: Legend of the Glowing Guardian at Aquarabia, Qiddiya City.
