accesso Technology Group PLC, a leading technology provider, will expand its relationship as a key enterprise provider of queue management services for Parques Reunidos.
Continuing its partnership with the theme park operator, accesso will provide its accesso LoQueue virtual queuing platform at two further North American venues and four European theme parks this year, with more planned in future years.
With over five decades’ experience in the leisure industry, Parques Reunidos operates a diversified portfolio with more than fifty amusement parks, water parks, zoos, and other attractions, throughout North America, Europe, and Australia.
“Exceptional experiences”
The accesso LoQueue solution is available to guests through Qsmart, a phone-based virtual queuing platform, and the accesso Prism “smart park” wearable device.
accesso’s service dynamically adjusts to variables including guest flow and operational changes to allow venue operators to optimise capacity and communication with guests in real-time.
Parques Reunidos COO Hans Aksel Pedersen says: “Providing exceptional experiences for our guests is at the heart of our vision as a company, and accesso carries both the technical and operational expertise we need to execute on that vision worldwide.
“In expanding our proven partnership with accesso, we are pleased to extend our use of virtual queuing and further provide our guests this innovative option for enjoying even more of what our venues have to offer.”
Driving revenue for parks
accesso serves more than 1,000 venues throughout 29 countries around the globe, helping venues to streamline operations and boost revenue. Attractions can also use collected data to influence business and marketing decisions.
“At accesso, we believe technology has the power to redefine the guest experience. Our patented and award-winning solutions drive increased revenue for attraction operators while improving the guest experience,” says the firm.
“Our technology solutions allow venues to increase the volume and range of on and off-site spending, and to drive increased transaction-based revenue through cutting-edge ticketing, point-of-sale, virtual queuing, distribution, and experience management software.”
