Enhanced visitor experience

Lost Shore Surf Resort will use Gantner Ticketing’s portfolio of applications to improve operations and provide guests with a seamless experience. This will include:

  • Membership and facilities management applications. The membership tool will enable Lost Shore to easily manage and track member data, while the facility management app will ease facility and equipment oversight.
  • Group lessons application and point-of-sale (POS). The group lessons tool enables effective class scheduling and management, while the POS system allows for quick and simple point-of-sale transactions.
  • Access control. The access control system allows Lost Shore to manage access to various locations within its facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
  • Arenametrix. Lost Shore will improve its data analytics capabilities by integrating ArenaMetrix, delivering greater insights into operations and customer preferences.
  • Enviso Pay. This application will provide a convenient and secure platform for visitors to make payments, improving their overall Lost Shore experience.

Gantner Ticketing recently announced a new collaboration with Efteling, the biggest theme park in the Netherlands. Efteling will use the cutting-edge ticketing platforms Enviso and Recreatex for ticketing, booking, and point-of-sale (POS).

Gantner’s software systems will oversee the online ticketing, point-of-sale, and school/group booking processes. In addition, its reseller portal Enviso Trade will make it easy for Efteling to partner with authorised distributors. Gantner Ticketing also plans to integrate with XAFAX, SAP, and Ski data.
