“Transforming guest experiences”

Gateway will reveal its cutting-edge Galaxy 8 ticketing and admission control software and new e-commerce solution at booth #4847.

These advancements have been created to redefine the visitor experience and demonstrate Gateway’s commitment to delivering efficiency, scalability, and personalised interaction in an increasingly digital environment.

Michael Andre, president and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems, says: “We are excited to return to the IAAPA Expo this year. This event represents a vital opportunity to engage with industry leaders, highlight our cutting-edge technology, and showcase how Gateway’s solutions are transforming guest experiences and setting new benchmarks for operational excellence.”

Visitors to the Gateway exhibit will see live demonstrations of Galaxy 8’s revamped, user-friendly interface, which includes expanded capabilities to make operations easier for both new and experienced users. The company will also show the new e-commerce platform’s powerful page-building and content management capabilities, which offer businesses unprecedented control over their visitors’ online experience.

In addition to product demonstrations, the Gateway team will be ready to discuss how its solutions address the changing needs of today’s attractions industry, ranging from cloud-based services to expanded reporting and business intelligence capabilities. Delegates will be able to learn how Gateway’s technologies can contribute to revenue growth, streamline operations, and provide a smooth, mobile-friendly visitor journey.

Last month, Gateway announced that its executive vice president and head of product, Tom Chiarella, has been appointed president of the Executive Board at the non-profit organisation OCTO. This independent and transparent association is transforming connectivity standards in the travel experiences industry through its open-source API specification.
