Gateway Ticketing Systems Prologic First partnership

Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, has shared details of the successful implementation of its Galaxy Guest Management and Ticketing System at 26 RedSea Children’s Entertainment locations in Saudi Arabia. The deployment was overseen by Prologic First, the firm’s regional partner.

This strategic partnership represents a major step forward in improving the visitor experience at these popular children’s entertainment venues. Galaxy, Gateway’s innovative ticketing system, has transformed the Red Sea Kids Zone visitor experience. With quicker entry processes, streamlined bookings, and secure transactions, Gateway has provided a smooth and enjoyable experience for families, enabling them to concentrate on making memories together.

Michael Andre, president and CEO of Gateway Ticketing Systems, says: “This significant milestone would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the exceptional team at Prologic First, who oversaw the project from start to finish.

“Their commitment to excellence has ensured that we can extend our innovative solutions to enhance the experience of every guest who visits the RedSea Children’s Entertainment venues daily. We are excited to see our technology in action and look forward to contributing to memorable, seamless experiences for their customers.”

Amit Sharda, chief operating officer at Prologic First, adds: “We are excited to be part of the Red Sea Children’s Zone’s mission to provide exceptional entertainment to children and families across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With Galaxy at the heart of their operations, we look forward to contributing to countless moments of happiness and fun in the years to come.”
