Gateway Ticketing Systems, a leading provider of admission control systems, will soon make its 29th appearance at the amusement industry’s leading tradeshow.
Visitors to Gateway’s booth will be able to reserve a free, timed ticket to experience the Guest Journey with a member of the exhibitor’s team.
From purchasing a ticket to entering the attraction, purchasing add-ons, pausing at the gift shop or cafe, leaving the attraction, and upgrading their ticket to a membership or season pass, attendees will be able to experience their operations from the perspective of their guests.
They can monitor their own “guest account” in real-time and watch as Gateway’s Galaxy Ticketing and Guest Experience solution logs each transactional touchpoint, creating a 360-degree perspective of the customer that the Gateway team can use to tailor the customer’s experience. The firm is also a Platinum Sponsor of the Event.
A contactless industry
“Gateway continues to innovate and press the boundaries with how trade show attendees can interact with our exhibit,” says the firm, which recently appointed Joe Marshall as managing director. “This year, we’re bringing back our wildly successful immersive Guest Journey, but in a different format to account for the increasingly contactless nature of ticketing in the industry.

Gateway will also be delivering a 20-minute presentation at IAAPA Expo’s new EDUTalk Stage (Booth #485) on Wednesday 16 November 16 from noon. The session, titled 10 Successful Factors in Choosing the Right Ticketing System for Your Attraction, will deliver invaluable tips that can make the evaluation process more efficient and effective.
Gateway Ticketing Systems’ Business Solutions Architect III, Steve Bell, will be a panellist at the IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equality, and Accessibility) Roundtable on the same day at 4 pm in Room S230CDE.
