Innovative designer of digital experiences for museums, zoos and aquariums, Guru, has announced four key appointments.
The news reflects a growing demand for the company’s software solutions which deepen engagement by adding an interactive dimension to the visitor experience.
Alenna Gatti joins the company as Director of Sales & Partnerships. Guru describes her as having a keen eye for sales strategy, tech world savvy, and business acumen. Other strengths include a knack for cultivating strong partnerships.
‘Guru created a digital storytelling platform that makes it easy on institutions to implement, and extremely fun and educational for the visitors,’ comments Gatti.
Paige Potter takes on the role of Customer Success Associate. A passionate historian and an archaeology graduate, she has amassed a wealth of expertise from leading institutions such as the Museum of London, the V&A and, most recently, the Getty Museum.
‘I hope that both my education and my experience in Visitor Services and Public Engagement Strategies at museums and heritage sites will continue to further the already fantastic understanding that Guru has about how people engage with sites and what visitors most expect out of an experience,’ says Potter.
