InfoComm India, the largest trade show of its kind in the country, has revealed details of the ninth edition of the InfoComm India Summit, which will take place as part of the 2024 event.
InfoComm India 2024 is being held at the Jio World Convention Centre (JWCC) in Mumbai from 3 to 5 September.
The InfoComm India Summit will preview cutting-edge technologies as part of the Pro AV and integrated experience solutions tradeshow. The summit features over 80 expert speakers from various sectors, at 48 free seminars across 14 speciality tracks.

Innovation, learning & networking
The summit will begin with a keynote presentation by David Labuskes, CAE, CAE, RCDD, CEO of AVIXA, titled Navigating New Horizons: Insights and Innovations Shaping India’s Pro AV Landscape.
The first day of the summit will also feature presentations on smart and sustainable cities, immersive storytelling with technology, and future-focused sessions on transformative education and cybersecurity. It will include speakers from 3CDN Workplace Tech, India; AVID India; Kerala Urban Commission; Ministry of Finance, Government of India; Samsung Electronics; Sennheiser; Waste Management Research Centre, and All India Institute of Local Self-Government (AIILSG), among others.
Summit sessions will also include Digital Signage in the AI-age, Transformative Growth in Enterprise IT, The Future of Command & Control, Experiential Planning for Live Events & Exhibitions, and Mastering the Art of Audiovisual Communication. Experts and masterclass speakers from Blue Apple Digimedia; Indivis Consulting, Germany; Xtreme Media; Nexmosphere, Netherlands; PeopleLink Unified Communications; Yamaha Corporation, UK, and more will share their insights with summit attendees.
In addition, InfoComm India 2024 will provide valuable networking opportunities. A Welcome Networking Event (co-hosted with AVIXA) will be held on 3 September, and a Breakfast Networking Hour at Luminary Lounge (Jasmine Hall) will take place on 3 and 4 September. Attendees can also enjoy the AVIXA Women’s Council in India and AV Marketers Meetup, as well as Flashtrack seminars at the AVIXA Booth, and a Show Floor Tour to help them navigate new technology, products, and solutions from almost 250 exhibiting businesses and brands.
Last month, InfoComm Asia celebrated the success of its fourth edition. The event took place from 17 to 19 July in Bangkok and welcomed 8,817 unique visitors from more than 50 countries. This marks a 21% increase over the previous edition and strengthens InfoComm Asia’s position as the leading platform in the region for technology, Pro AV innovation, and business.
