Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), the largest AV and systems integration show in the world, has celebrated a successful return to normality with its recent event in Spain.
ISE returned to the Fira de Barcelona, Gran Vía last week, with over 43,000 attendees from more than 150 countries. Over 90,000 visits were made to the show floor, with ISE saying that its exhibitors reported busier than expected performance at booths, providing the opportunity for mutually beneficial business connections.
Marking the first complete ISE show since the beginning of 2020, the ISE’s transition from its previous space in Amsterdam soon proved fruitful with queues forming early at the turnstiles.

Packed venue
This year’s show featured 834 exhibitors within its 48,000 square metres show floor area. Organisers set about ensuring the venue was easy to explore with six Technology Zones, a new event app, and a wealth of opportunities to help attendees explore new solutions and exhibitors drive new business.
Event highlights comprised seven ISE Conferences each attracting over 1,000 attendees and two keynote addresses from Refik Anadol and Alan Greenberg presented to full audiences. Barcelona city also was home to two spectacular projection mapping projects during the course of the show.
Mike Blackman, ISE managing director, expresses his delight with ISE 2022, commenting: “We are so pleased to have provided a successful platform for our exhibitors and partners to showcase their innovation and technology solutions.
“As we all recover from the impact of the pandemic, it is wonderful to be here in Barcelona with what feels like a ‘normal’ ISE in its new home. We look forward to building on this success to return on 31 January next year for another, energising, exciting and inspiring ISE, here at the Gran Vía.”
ISE will return to Barcelona between 31 Jan – 3 Feb 2023.
