Award-winning technology solutions provider, accesso, has signed a three-year agreement with Navy Pier, Inc. to provide the accesso Passport® ticketing solution to the Chicago landmark.
The announcement comes amidst the dramatic redevelopment of the 50-acre urban waterfront site which attracts nearly nine million visitors a year. The three-year programme includes the redesign of the Pier’s public spaces, known as Pierscape, and improvements to the interior of the Family Pavilion and South Arcade.

The accesso Passport ticketing suite will further enhance the Navy Pier’s guests' experience by offering the convenience of both onsite sales and online sales, via desktop computers, tablets and mobile devices.
