Semantic, a company that designs, creates and optimises websites for visitor attractions around the world, has announced that it has secured its tenth client for the new LOOP platform.
The LOOP platform for visitor attractions makes website development quick and easy. Through an innovative combination of design, technology and sector expertise, the platform provides optimised websites with features designed for the attractions industry.
The platform won the Best Cloud Solution Award at this year’s international Umbraco Awards.
This new platform has already been adopted by 10 clients, which include zoos, farm parks, historic attractions, London attractions and immersive experiences. Twycross Zoo and Cotswold Farm Park are among LOOP’s users.
Reaching this milestone demonstrates the validity of the LOOP concept and proves that the platform can assist attractions with the creation of new, optimised websites more quickly and affordably than ever before.
Neil Lewin, MD, Semantic, says: “Starting a new product like LOOP has been an immense effort from the whole team, so reaching this milestone with 10 LOOP clients has helped us prove the LOOP concept and optimise our processes even further. One of our goals was to help attractions transform their online performance with new or existing sites in weeks rather than months, so it’s great to see how LOOP is delivering this.
“I’m excited to get the next 10 LOOP clients on board. The more attractions are involved, the more they can all benefit from shared developments, new features and insights. I think it’s a great way for attractions to keep pace with all the new tech and approaches that will be coming in the next two or three years, without having to invest in significant bespoke website rebuild projects”
The firm is continuing its introductory pricing offer throughout September 2023.
Quick turnaround and high-quality
Many of LOOP’s clients joined the platform as they were experiencing difficulties such as growing online traffic and engagement, finding cost-effective ways to develop their web presence, and communicating their values effectively.
One of the key benefits of the LOOP platform is its speed. On average, a LOOP project takes just four weeks from start to launch. For Twycross Zoo, this meant that a new website was achievable for the busy marketing team. The project was delivered in an intense four-week period, and despite the quick turnaround, the website has delivered excellent optimisation and quality.
Craig Dunkerley, CEO, Twycross Zoo, comments: “Love it! Your team, as always has been amazing Neil. True partnership.”
Watermouth Castle, one of Devon’s leading attractions, was transferred to new owners in June and needed to rebuild its slow, old website quickly. The core LOOP demo was ready in less than a week, and the client could begin editing and producing content directly in the CMS and could see exactly how the pages would look and work.
LOOP is ideal for new attractions, as well as established attractions that wish to improve their website and online tools. Sites adapt and grow as the attraction develops, and monthly subscription pricing can help to reduce marketing budgets.
Semantic recently worked with Wildwood Trust, the UK’s leading native species rewilding charity, in order to create a new website. The goal of the website project was to make Wildwood come to life online by providing an elegant layout, with high-quality images and videos to help showcase animals.
