Smart Monkeys announces distribution partnership for ISAAC with Ci Group in Australia

News
Smart Monkeys & the Ci Group

Smart Monkeys, Inc., the show control specialist, has appointed the Ci Group as the exclusive distribution partner for its ISAAC products and solutions in Australia. This new deal comes into effect straight away and will boost the recognition and availability of ISAAC in this region.

ISAAC is a powerful software tool that can manage all aspects of the audio-visual ecosystem in any installation, including scheduling events, hosting virtual machines, and managing content. The product offers customers a wide range of options to meet their demands by combining various hardware solutions with a range of software licences.

ISAAC was developed by the US-based Smart Monkeys Inc. in response to a significant issue that plagued almost every project: the absence of a centralised open software that could communicate with various brands and products to control and monitor them.

Setting the standard

AV Stumpfl Pixera, Medialon, Brightsign, NodeRED, Q-sys, Zeevee, and numerous others are among the native ecosystem partners of ISAAC. The ISAAC platform also offers a variety of hardware setups, some of which can be stacked and operated as a cluster.

ISAAC can ensure that the entire ecosystem, including the various virtual machines that can be hosted on the hardware, will experience zero downtime. Because of this connection, the virtual machines, and the various hardware setups, ISAAC is a flexible solution that can be quickly tailored to fit the requirements of any installation or project.

“We are excited to be appointed as the official distributor of Smart Monkeys’ ISAAC,” says Travis Anderson, COO of the Ci Group. “ISAAC is a ground-breaking software solution that is perfect for the next stage of our evolution. We aim to set the standard in this field.”

“The Ci Group is a preeminent technology integrator in Australia, and together we seek to further the adoption of a virtualization platform as the standard solution for powerful and reliable system monitoring and management,” adds Stephan Villet, CEO of Smart Monkeys, Inc.

“The future of this emerging technology is bright, and we look forward to working with the Ci Group team every step of the way.”

Earlier this year, Smart Monkeys, Inc. appointed David Rouchet as its new director of product development. The firm also announced an executive reorganisation with co-founder Villet as CEO, fellow co-founder Alan Anderson as COO, and associate partner Mitch Schuh being promoted to chief technology officer.
