Two firms are collating their services for the benefit of attractions and leisure operators

Vivaticket, a provider of ticketing and access control solutions, has announced a strategic alliance with Digonex, a leading provider of dynamic pricing solutions for the attraction and live entertainment industries.

Clients of Vivaticket can now benefit from access to dynamic pricing services from Digonex. The latter firm’s powerful technology gives clients the potential to optimise revenues whilst expanding their market by maximising capacity, enhancing accessibility and utilising greater operational efficiencies.

Each client solution is tailored by Digonex’s team of PhD economists and skilled software developers, depending on the client’s individual objectives.

Greg Loewen, Digonex president and chief executive officer says: “Joining forces with Vivaticket allows us to provide our trusted dynamic pricing services to a broader array of established attractions and tour operators. We look forward to helping many of Vivaticket’s iconic global clients get even more value from the Vivaticket ecosystem.”

Drawing on expertise

Digonex’s client base includes cultural institutions, tour operator sectors and entertainment venues. The company’s technology is the result of nearly two decades of research and development in pricing science. The business is owned and operated by Emmis Dynamic Pricing, LLC, which is majority-owned by Emmis Communications Corporation.

Vivaticket offers a wide range of services as a major international operator in the creation, production, marketing and management of integrated electronic ticketing and access control systems. The Group’s philosophy is to deliver a ‘unique turnkey offer’ related to the management and organisation of events, helping make each event it partners with, a great success.

Vivaticket executive chairman Luca Montebugnoli adds: “Vivaticket is excited to partner with Digonex to provide enhanced dynamic pricing capabilities for our clients.  The technology of our two companies is the perfect match for helping our clients achieve maximum revenue results.”

Earlier this year, Vivaticket announced a partnership with Redeem, in a bid to enhance marketplace convenience for clients.
