A classic log flume attraction is returning to the UK park

Seaside theme park Dreamland Margate is introducing new attractions, headliners, and all-day wristbands for its 2025 season.

Dreamland’s 2025 season marks the park’s 105th anniversary, and 10 years since its reopening. It begins from 5 April for the Easter holidays.

New rides coming to the park this year include the return of a classic log flume attraction, last seen at Dreamland in 2016 and opening in early summer.

The log flume will be one of the park’s headline family rides, alongside the Big Wheel, Pirate Ship, Dodgems and Rock ‘n’ Roller roller coaster.

Also new for this year are all-day wristbands for unlimited access to the park’s rides. A wristband covering all rides is priced at £24.99, while a wristband for kids costs £12.99.

Additionally, Dreamland is adding new free-roam VR games to the Roller Room.

This year will see some of the biggest names in music to ever headline the park‘s Scenic Stage, including Squeeze, Basement Jaxx, Supergrass, The Libertines, Texas, Roger Daltrey, The Sex Pistols ft. Frank Carter and Maribou State.

Previous sell-out acts at Dreamland will also return for the new season, including Tom Jones, Madness, Olly Murs and McFly.

Eddie Kemsley, CEO Dreamland, said: “What a jam packed season we’ve got planned for 2025, which is only fitting for our 105th birthday and 10-year anniversary of reopening.

“We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to enjoy the season with us, from incredible music events to traditional seaside fun with rides, food, ice cream and seagulls – it’s going to be great.”

Dreamland opened in Margate, Kent in 1920 and is considered to be one of the oldest surviving amusement parks in the UK.
