Dubai Parks and Resorts has announced their new season line-up, including a Lionsgate zone at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai.
Lionsgate zone will feature the world’s first rides based on the blockbuster film series The Hunger Games. The film series set box-office records and received critical acclaim.
Visitors to MOTIONGATE™ Dubai will be able to take The Capitol Bullet Train – a half pipe roller coaster that will take them on a journey from District 12 to the Capitol. Another attraction, The Panem Aerial Tour, will take guests on a 3D flight over Panem to see the iconic landmarks of the Capitol.
Dubai Parks and Resorts have also announced a line-up of free events at the themed entertainment district – Riverland™ Dubai. The announced events include Circus on the River in November, and also Pets on the River in December. There will be a host of new events during the public holidays.
Also returning to Riverland™ Dubai is live outdoor entertainment and alfresco dining along the river.

“This season, The Hunger Games fans from across the globe will be able to experience rides inspired by the blockbuster movie franchise that have never been seen anywhere in the world before.
“We are joining communities across the UAE to celebrate national holidays with free events along the river at Riverland™ Dubai. We have also created our very own special signature events like Circus on the River and many others which we expect will become a must-see for families throughout the year.”
UAE residents will be able to take advantage of winter season rates from 1st September 2017. AED 165 for a day ticket to MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai and LEGOLAND® Water Park and AED 95 for a day ticket to BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai. The UAE Resident Rate is available online or at the gate for up to 5 tickets upon presentation of a valid Emirates ID.
Ticket prices for non-residents have also been announced. Day tickets range from AED 235 per park or AED 285 for two parks. There is one price for adults and children and kids under 3 are free.
Dubai Parks and Resorts features MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai, LEGOLAND® Dubai and LEGOLAND® Water Park. The entire park is connected by Riverland™ Dubai – an entertainment, retail and dining district. Six Flags Dubai will be destination’s fourth theme park opening in late 2019.
